Section 46
Offenses related to loss of property
If any of the following acts are committed, it will be considered as an offense related to loss of property:-
(a) If damage is caused to the property or the property of a military organization or any person under the jurisdiction of this Act or any other person working in the Nepali Army or joining the Nepali Army as per Clause (a) of Section 41,
(b) sets fire to Government property or otherwise causes loss or damage,
(c) If any animal under his charge is mistreated, injured, killed, taken away or lost.
